WATER TRIATHLON TRAINING

Want to try a Triathlon but, need help with the water portion?

The Water Triathlon Training class will get your prepared for the big race!

Designed for the intermediate level swimmer to improve their skill while preparing for an open water swim. Freestyle stroke is emphasized. Train for the water leg of a triathlon through interval training and stroke development, and enjoy the benefits of training as a group. Participants receive a weekly instructor-prepared swim workout per week.

November 10 - December 15, 2016 every Thursday for 5 weeks
No class on November 24, due to Thanksgiving
